This article emphasize on how we rewire the brain and how we can be accessible to the gateway to empowerment......
Sounds unbelievable but the fact is it's absolutely true.....the kind of energy we emit, as per law of attraction, we get back the similar form of energies...90% of our life is based in our Subconscious mind pattern, but still we have keys just under the nose but we often missed to see it...
Few things if we focus that are described below can not only liberate us from bondages but also it rewires the brain in such a way that what we desire and feel excited, it comes more to us.. It also acts as a Medicinal therapy to many.
The two main keys are Gratitude and Forgiveness....
1) Gratitude:
Have we ever feel that how much we are grateful to the things or situation that we experience, the kind of richness at present moments..If we count number of blessings we have, we not only feel blissful but also it creates a great impact on our life.
For e.g. I am grateful that I am able to afford to buy my basic necessities.
I am grateful that am blessed with son, my future generation.
I have a home to live.
I am grateful that I have a job in my hand that pays my bill.
I am happy to have a mobile which helps me to do all my online work anytime, even on go.
I am grateful that am surrounded with loving and supporting friends, colleagues who cares about me.
I feel blessed to feel my inner strength.
Thank you God to make me perfectly healthy and strong.
Look how the blessings going on.
Generally, gratitude activates the neurotransmitters which releases Dopamine and serotonin that makes us feel good and enhances our mood. The more you stimulate the neural pathways, more stronger and automatic action it becomes.
This not only trains our brain but also we emit a positive & powerful energy in our magnetic field that vibrates to our surroundings. Consequently this energy not only heals but also create a positive impact in everyday's life.
2) Forgiveness:
The power of Forgiveness and it's mysterious science behind is that it not only alters our Brain state but it actually targets the right state of conciousness. It instantly releases from the bondage of grudge and anger, settling to be peaceful with ourselves.
Forgiveness associated with positive emotional states. It activates certain neurological pathways in brain which releases certain chemicals giving us privilege to experience happy, free, peace.
Forgiving someone doesn't make us low, it empowers and strengthen us with letting go of the things.
It is very curious to know that how the brain experiences forgiveness. The part of the brain associated with forgiveness is called Prefrontal cortex activation which helps in neutralizing emotional disturbances chemicals in body.
The vibes we emanate to environment vary based on the resilience in balancing of our mind and emotions and forgiveness is the quality of our thoughts that empowers and uplift us.
As per Law of attraction, like attracts like.. Similar thoughts will attract similar pattern of vibrations resulting for experiencing the current moment.
Daily practicing 5 minutes per day the above said will empower us and gradually we can see the successful progress....After all every thing we do, act, think, experience is in our mind and if we can plant this seed to our Subconscious, then definitely future is fruitful...
Its proved through many researches that it heals and acts also as a Medicinal therapy.

ReplyDeleteThank you for questioning..Generally we can do in form of Meditation practice with varieties of audio commentary or we can keep a journal of gratitude affirmations that we feel grateful to read on daily basis or making a habit of changing the perception towards a situation, to see only positive things in negative circumstances...it's all about focussing our thoughts to a positive aspect which forms our attitude, action and results... early morning Meditation therapy for 5 minutes is a best way to boost up and give our thoughts to flow in a right direction....that will gradually lead us to a successful path.
