Awakening to healing with seven musical notes ( Sa, Re, Ga, Ma, Pa, Dha, Ni).....
The DNA of the Indian classical music sound of the scale (Sa, Re, Ga, Ma, PA, Dha, Ni) acts as a sacral sound mantra which activates the 7 energy centres of the body through vibrations created from each note. It is also called "Nada Yoga", sound vibrations which can be employed for various healing effects in problematic, psychological and a Spiritual conditions.
This can be practiced alone as a Meditation or as a healing Yoga therapy. When these musical stepping stone notes sung or vibrated, it resonate at a particular frequency, activating the chakra centres of the body, harmonizing the mind body connection with the Universe.
As we are aware that our body contains 70% water and it carries energy current. When each molecules of water vibrates with certain frequency of energy, it directly connects to our emotional centres in body.

Each note resonating to respective centres carries a vibrational power that awakens a specific emotional state, making the energy to flow freely. This gradually equalize the brainwaves, depth of the breathing, boost immunity and decrease depression.
- Sa: ( means Shadja- giving birth to six).This vibrates at frequency of 240 Hz. This represents to our Root chakra. It is the first chakra determines the foundation of our living. Located at the tail of spinal cord. It makes us feel safe,secured and grounded. It builds are emotional and psychological stability activating our kundalini power.
- Re: ( means Rishabh- great one) .This vibrates at a frequency of 270 Hz.This represents to sacral chakra. This is located below the stomach.The second chakra is the centre of feeling, emotion, pleasure, intimacy, and connection.
- Ga: (means Gangadhar- sweet fragnance). This vibrates at a frequency of 300 Hz. This resonates to solar plexus chakra, located above stomach and below the chest. It's the source of personal power, radiates will power and self worth.
- Ma: (means Madhyam- being in the middle). This vibrates at a frequency of 320 Hz. Resonate to heart chakra. It's a home for bliss, peace, harmony, love, understanding, empathy, clarity, purity, unity, compassion, kindness and forgiveness.
- Pa: (means Pancham- the fifth note).This vibrates at a frequency of 360 Hz. This represents to Throat chakra. This helps in communication and expression.
- Dha: (means Dhaivat- divine). This vibrates at a frequency of 400 Hz. This resonate to third eye, located just above the eyebrows. This is where the I-consciousness is absorbed into super-consciousness. Responsible for imagination, manifestation and intuitive power.
- Ni: (means Nishadh- Mystical). This vibrates at a frequency of 450 Hz. This represents our Crown chakra, located at the top of our head. This is are true connection to our higher self, enlightenment.
Hence, the Indian music "Saptaswara" is a scientific method and a proven Yoga that has effective cures and remove blockages. When combined with music and instruments, It awakens self realization and have very dynamic and powerful effect in balancing the energies of the body.
